A refund may be issued for the merchandise cost of all unworn merchandise within 15 days of its receipt. An exchange credit may be made on merchandise after 15 but before 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable but we will gladly pay for those shipping charges incurred as a result of our error. Please report all billing discrepancies as soon as possible for easier resolution.
If you receive a severely damaged box please hold on to it and call us so we can make a claim with the shipping company and get you a replacement.
Please take care when packing merchandise for returns and use the original materials if possible.
