Chic hat

My hat finally came in a box that seemed very nearly opened. I clipped the threads holding it together, and the hat sat atop some crumpled brown paper. The tags said “adjustable” but there’s nothing to adjust. I wonder if something is missing. Anyway, the hat is very good material, very nice shape, and a good blue color, and of course, my husband loves me in a hat.
